During my Tranformation Digital Certificat at HEC, the client Air France asked to modernized their tool Tigre Web. The objective was to update visuals and make the tool more user friendly. My proposition simplified navigation by getting closer to what the user already know and use and by refine booking fields. Because of this, the website is more intuitive and the user understand quickly what it's possible to do or not.
